Rajasthan in Grand Luxury
March 13th to 25th, 2026
September 28th to October 10th, 2026
See you soon - We can't wait for you to discover Rajasthan, India!

Day 1:
Departure from your home and long-haul flight in Business Class to Delhi. Depending on your airport of departure, your flights will be scheduled in order for you to arrive for the beginning of the Journey (Day 2) in Delhi (contact us for more information).
Day 2:
Crossing through time, you will explore the capital of Old Delhi from alleyways to ancient monuments. Then, by rickshaw from the Red Fort, you will enter the colorful universe of Chandni Chowk bazaars and reach the grand Jama Masjid mosque, created by the builder of the Taj Mahal. After a pleasant lunch and the Humayun's Tomb, you will head towards New Delhi and its beautiful British buildings designed by Luytens, from India Gate to the Presidential Palace. Your welcome dinner will take place at the renowned Spice Route restaurant, known as one of the best in the world.

Gleaming chrome, polished wood, state-of-the-art comfort, and extreme refinement. Welcome aboard the Maharajas' Express! In your luxurious cabin, let yourself be enchanted by the magic and lulled by the sublime landscapes that will lead you to the legendary Agra. This afternoon, you will visit the Taj Mahal, which honors its visitors with a wonder worthy of the tribute that Shah Jahan offered to his wife when he built this masterpiece. A true ode to love, the white marble memorial unveils its incredible inlays, elegant domes, and perfect architectural symmetry. Photo please! You will return to your train for dinner and overnight.

In the morning, you will visit the Red Fort of Agra, the second jewel of India built on the banks of the Yamuna River. Then, your train will transport you to the untamed setting of Ranthambore Park. Bushes, virgin forests, lakes, and rivers pass by as you have lunch. Another moment of tranquility and already your jeeps await you in Sawai Madhopur for a first safari on the hunting grounds of the Maharajas of Jaipur. Will you be lucky enough to encounter a tiger or a leopard so quickly? You will likely also observe the sambar, nilgai, or chinkara. Back on board, the cocktail at the bar will be even more delightful, just like dinner and the night, as your train smoothly rolls towards vibrant Jaipur.

The "Pink City" welcomes you this morning. It is beautiful with its palaces, colorful stalls, and its impressive Amber Fort proudly dominating its ridge. If you wish, you will ascend to the top on elephant-back to delve deeper into the incredible lives of the Mughal ruling families. From the ramparts, you will see the lake and the elephants' bathing, the city of Amber and its magnificent Hindu temple, as well as the horizon of the Rajasthan capital. After lunch, you will have time to laze around or better yet, to stroll through the city. Tonight, a dinner worthy of the grand era of the Maharajas will be served at the majestic Rambagh Palace. Your train will then head towards Delhi.
Return to Delhi this morning. A final glance at the Maharajas' Express and a brief flight to Jodhpur, the largest city in Rajasthan after Jaipur, standing at the gateway to the Thar Desert. Lunch, served late, will be in a sumptuous setting. In the evening, you will be privileged guests of an Indian family for a traditional cooking class and an authentic dinner in their company. This evening promises exchanges with local colors that will remain etched in your memory forever. You will return to your palace hotel for the night.

Day 7:
The day will be dedicated to the "Blue City", from the Mehrangarh Fort that sits atop its rocky hill to the Moti Mahal for the spectacle of lights and shadows through the colorful mosaic of its stained-glass windows, the royal cenotaphs of Jaswant Thada, and the white marble memorial of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II. In the late afternoon, you will stroll through the bustling streets of the old town and the famous "Sardar Bazaar", brimming with colorful fabrics and fragrant spices. Your palace hotel will welcome you for dinner and the night. A champagne toast at sunset, a wonderful dinner, a night in a sumptuous Suite, some journeys are of indescribable rarity.
Day 8:
This morning, you will head to Suján Jawai, an exceptional place away from prying eyes. Upon arrival at the camp, you might almost believe you are in Africa, but around a corner, you may catch sight of a shepherd wearing his turban, reminding you that you are indeed in India. Its remarkable location in an unexplored region of Rajasthan offers the opportunity to observe wild leopards. With only ten tents, Jawai allows you to discover this lunar landscape punctuated by astonishing granite hills and populated by nomadic shepherds in the most environmentally friendly way possible. Unforgettable days at Jawai are spent observing flamingos and, above all, leopards, who live here in complete freedom. And in the evening, the dinner table is set under the stars...

Day 9:
Two safaris are scheduled today, at the most favorable times for animal observation: one in the morning, at dawn; the second in the afternoon, with a stop for sunset during which a memorable apéritif will be served. Your knowledgeable guides will make your expedition through this vast wilderness unforgettable!
Meals and overnight in the refinement of your camp.
Day 10:
One last safari and then, after breakfast at the camp, you will hit the road towards Udaipur. Along the way, in the Aravalli Mountains Valley, the Jain temples of Ranakpur appear, unsuspected, nestled and grandiose. Imagine the preserved splendor through the centuries of Adinatha with its 80 domes, 29 halls, and the refinement of its 1144 pillars of white marble lace, all different. You will also discover the Sun Temple and its erotic sculptures. Lunch will be served in the intimacy of Mountbatten Lodge.
In Udaipur, your new palace hotel awaits, nestled on the shores of Lake Pichola in an enchanting setting. For your evening, we have a lovely surprise in store for you!

Day 11:
Romantic at its core, Udaipur reveals its treasures to you. From the outside, the City Palace is a majestic fortress of marble and granite; passing through the silver gates, you will discover the Peacock Court and treasures of gardens, inlaid frescoes, mirrors, and the surprising Crystal Gallery of Durbar Hall. You will lunch with a spectacular view of Udaipur's iconic palaces and stroll through the Sahelion-ki-Bari Garden, famous for its lotus ponds, flowerbeds, and Rajput-style pavilions. Finally, you will cruise the calm waters of Lake Pichola while enjoying the magic of a cocktail on Jagmandir Island, in the middle of the lake. A unique moment and the prospect of beautiful sunset photos with the most beautiful forts and palaces on the horizon. You will then return to your own palace for dinner and the night.
